  • Monthly simulated restore of back-up ensuring integrity and ease of recovery.

  • Remote help access- first 2 hours included (reduced rate after that)

  • On-site annual personalized consult. Includes needed battery replacement and check for upgrades or needed refreshes.

Pro Service -

Including all of Basic Service plus the following:

  • Patches and updates

  • Reports on RAM, storage, downtime

  • Monthly security checks

  • Weekly backup checks

  • Remote help access (hourly rate charges apply)

  • On-site help available (hourly rate)

  • Annual personalized consult
